In the current economic climate, it is even more vital that practices look after and cultivate relationships with existing customers. A great way of doing this is with an existing patient newsletter.

Titchfield Dental Health in Hampshire have just recently completed their second edition of a patient newsletter with Corona Dental. Practice Manager Sharon Nanson explained, "the first edition was a great success and we wanted to follow up and remind our patients to look after their oral health. We concentrated on that in this edition as we want to build a long term relationship with our patients."
